What I do to get in PVEs and get shit done As many of you know it's difficult to be online when other clan members are online and or rely on clan members to walk you through a particular raid, nightfall or strike all the time. While we all make it a point to try and help where we can everyone is busy, have families, work life balance etc. First let's look at the benefits of being in a clan like this one. 1. You can add members and admins to your list and jump in games and parties without asking if they happen to be online. This is what I always do to get to know people better and build a gaming rapport. You wouldn't have them if you weren't in the clan. My friends list has grown substantially and you need friends to raid period. 2. When playing together and if playing together your groups skillset is increased. We as a clan are much more talented a coordinated then randoms. 3. We have a sick clan name and sweet clan tag that 70% of players don't have. 4. We have a group chat a forum (rarely used) and a facebook page to share tips and advice with the team or just simply see what's up! Use them. But what do you do when your clan is able or motivated enough to walk you through or support you on a raid for whatever reason? Hmm? Do the following: 1. Join the Xbox One group on the destiny companion app. In my opinion it's better than LFG. Their group chat is active like crazy. Post in there and you are sure to find someone or get an invite. 2. Use LFG. I personally hate LFG but some people in our clan have amazing luck with it. I've been in situations where o have been online with 2 or 3 clan members for a raid and used the app or LFG and found skilled 31+ players and 32 level Hunter sword bearers in no time. Keep in mind you have to offer something. Be 31 or 32 to Raid or you won't be taken seriously. Maxed out power weapons like Ghorn for example will always help. 3. Playing with Randoms from these sites are by a bad idea. You may even make some new friends or be able to recruit them which would be awesome! This way they are more available to everyone. There are some randoms out there more skilled than some members in our clan. Keep in mind you may have to go through some pretty crappy games with crappy players before you find a good one. However following these helpful tips has aided me in finishing all of my raids and strikes before the weekend when refresh comes around. Let me know what you think!
