Im not sure if it has scope flare because Ive never been killed by one (that I noticed) but if it does NOT have scope flare (shouldn't given the iron sights), then the ultimate perk for this gun would be temporary invisibility (Like on Patience and Time)! Then this gun would be awesome.
In lieu of that, two awesome features would be nice:
1) Poison Rounds like with Thorn
2) A Bayonet for a sort of "Power Melee"...
So far nobody seems to like this gun but I think it is an awesome concept weapon. Definitely suits higher-skill snipers more than anyone else, but still, I think its well worth making this gun a "big deal" with these sorts of perks.

I think the only way you could make No Land Beyond a good gun would be to give it some form of burn damage, increase reload speed, and change it to be used in the secondary weapon slot. I'm not a big fan of it being a primary due to the low ammo count and limiting your loadout to be entirely about range or inaccurate mid range game.

The lens glare while it doesn't make sense, is a must keep because its a game mechanic that allows one to be wary of snipers. Remove that and suddenly you have one of the most OP weapons in the game. A one hit kill primary that you won't be able to see coming until its too late. And by the time you revive the guy has already moved. It makes no sense on iron sights but it should not be removed. The bolt time needs to be quicker. That's the only thing that makes this weapon suffer so badly.

What if The Master removed the bolt action animation on precision shots and it natively had that high of a precision bonus?
-
It has a 3.5x(ish) crit multiplier vs every other sniper's 5x multiplier. Until this (at the very least) is fixed it will ALWAYS be garbage. No question.
-
The gun is perfect, its a primary capable of scoring one shot kos and can be paired with a shotgun. It takes skill to use this weapon given why so many people claim it sucks.
-
Only way it would be usable for me would be if they removed the lens flare (it has no lens), and precision kills made the weapon ready to fire almost instantly.
-
Its terale
-
Or ammo regeneration
-
Destroy it!
-
i would be happy if they buffed its damage so that it is no longer lower damage for precision shots than preydeths revenge and gave it a small fire rate boost so that it is possible to shoot a shield cabal in the arm and then head before it picks up its shield again

I can already go invisible when crouching due to the bladedancer perk. I also agree that the lens flare should be taken off and the bullet drop part of the iron sights taken off as well.

I think you are on the right track with your temporary invis with no scope flare.
-
they just need to improve rof and downgrade the iron sights. also fix ammo glitch
