How does one get the talents of vendor items?

I've got getting the vendors' stocks working, but I'm having difficulty figuring out how to get the talents for those items. At first I figured "perkHashes" would contain the perks, but obviously that is not the case. Then I tried looking into "talentGridHash", but when I look the hash up in the manifest it gives me all the possible perks but does not say what the item currently has. I found this: https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/39966/78463411/1/0 but it seems to be more focused on whether or not each talent is currently activated, not what talents the item has. In my search I've also gotten the info from the vendor, the vendor item, and the talent grid, but I can't see anything in them that interact to tell me what the vendor's item's CURRENT (not POSSIBLE) talents are. What am I missing? (Hopefully it's obvious, haha!)
