I'm looking into becoming a PC Gamer but am too lazy to build my own rig. I have two main questions. Is this rig worth the price (I know I am paying a bit more than if i was to build it myself), and does IBuyPower charge sales tax?
Here is an PDF with the specs/price:

Is this rig worth the price
Nope. Sounds like you want a pretty decent setup to start with, so click that link and check out the 'superb' line. Those will play anything currently out at max settings and will cost less than $1,000 total (not including monitors, keyboard, or a mouse).

You don't need a CPU aftermarket cooler if you have one of the ones I recommended. Graphics card is fine. (You can get Ultra 1080p with a maximum of roughly 50fps on BF4 with that). MoBo is fine. PSU is fine. I recommend building one. You can get the parts for less.

If you can catch a good sale on one of those sites it can sometimes cost around the same money to just buy the parts.
