Performance Issues

I'm running at i7 12700K and a RTX 3080 with 32gb RAM and i've been having terrible framerate drops constantly since like 2 weeks ago. Even on Medium quality the game is having severe performance issues. Anyone got any idea what to do?

I've read that some of Nvidia's latest drivers might have a problem with D2.

Does your motherboard have a build in GPU it mocht be using instead of your Main GPU?
