Hey DarthZman, I did know that and I have done the research. But I am not satisfied with the answer! There has to be a way. In almost every other Blizzard title it is possible to shift your earned gear back to your account in case of someone hacked you., for example. So why is it not possible for the support to just mirror your earned gear from another account to the new one? Whether it is in the collection or it is via a whole new character set up in the account. There is no barrier from the technical side. It seems that is just about politics. They could even win more game by offering this service. Hence, they will sell more year passes for the upcoming content. And, I think my post is written in a nice and polite way. I do not demand anything, except an answer. 😊 Anyways, thank you for your constructive engagement in my post. May the force be with you and keep up the happy fragging. 👌

Also, this is NOT a Blizzard title. This is a Bungie title. Each game developer has their own policies and rules.
So why is it not possible for the support to just mirror your earned gear from another account to the new one?
Because Bungie does not do it. Period. Their game, their policy.
And, I think my post is written in a nice and polite way. I do not demand anything, except an answer.
I didn't say you demanded anything. However, Bungie made it clear they do not provide this service.

 • DarthZman, I clearly do not find the tone in your answers nice enough. A little more politeness in you writings would do you very well. I am neither stupid nor ignorant. A simple question ask, get an unfriendly answer from you. Nevertheless, I can discuss the topic and express my displeasure. After all, I have already invested a lot of money in the game. Of course, I have been rewarded accordingly, even though their was always little content in the game - till Forsaken came out. I find a customer who complains is a better customer than one who leaves without saying anything. Thus the company has a chance to improve! Have a nice evening and bye bye.
Nevertheless, I can discuss the topic and express my displeasure. After all, I have already invested a lot of money in the game.
So has other players, including myself. That doesn’t make me or anyone else an exception to their policies. My point is, there is a policy in place that has been there for years. This is not going to change and neither is the answer you will receive on this from the many other players who asked the same thing.
