OK Bungie here’s the deal. Under EU law pertaining to Guarantees & Returns consumers have a minimum 2 year guarantee regardless of method of purchase. If goods turn out to be faulty (or more importantly in this instance - do not work as advertised) the seller must repair/replace or provide a price reduction or full refund. Removing content from the base game (content already paid for) constitutes breach of these rules if they occur within the first 2 years of purchase. I have submitted a complaint through the EU’s ODR (online dispute resolution) portal and I suggest others do the same.
Legalities aside this type of behaviour is like a cancer running through the gaming industry at the moment. Never again will I purchase your products. Luke Smith especially your ‘throw your money at the screen’ comment highlights just what a detestable pig you are!

Great post. Bungie is a cancer in the gaming industry. It needs to be cut out and studied so that we may find a cure.

11 RepliesYou made the purchase willingly. Every update including this one you click the accept to terms and conditions, without reading them. You gave consent to everything that has happened and nothing has been removed from the game. Bungie set precedent back when TDB was released and did the same thing. You had clear warning this would happen again. You also had prior knowledge of everything in the DLC, or in this case lacking from the DLC. There were plenty of sources who said the new expansion lacked significant content. But you made the purchase anyway. Stop complaining, you were stupid enough to purchase the product. Since you have not been physically harmed by it, you have no claim. The DLC is working as intended. You can’t complain because of buyers remorse. Try again.

6 RepliesCheck your user agreement, you may have already agreed to this content change in the small print box you checked to install the game.

22 RepliesPlease change your post title............... They did not remove any content at all besides season 1 cosmetic items from eververse. Once you actually change your title you will see it's completely stupid because you don't have a leg to stand on since no content was removed(playable area's and events).

I don't know how any can be surprised by this. Bungie has spent a lot of time working on taking things away from us that we had before. You probably wont even be able to boot up the game by the third DLC, if you don't have them all.

2 RepliesThe prestige raid before the dlc drop had minor cosmetic differences, you aren’t missing out on anything. You want bullet sponges, equip worse gear
