Only thing it needs is range. Check out the Suros on my Warlock that makes scout rifle users duck behind cover.

That thing looks beastly. Id love to die by one of those but i barely see them in crucible. Heard about them and have a gun order but havent seen a roll that good yet.

That wasn't even a gun order. It was a lucky drop from a reputation package. It makes terrible pvp players, like myself, look good. :)
