You can say it's not an MMO, but it has adapted the MMO model. Once a new expansion/DLC is released, the level cap is raised. You CAN choose to stay at 34 and play the current content, but if you want access to the new content you will have to buy it. Not quite sure why that is so hard for you to grasp. The MMO genre isn't for everybody.

Not an mmo, so stop calling it one, nothing you've said is even mildly hard to grasp. Don't flatter yourself. If this is going to degenerate into another not an mmo, is an mmo discussion then I'm done, tried with people like you before and they never answer a straight question. Nothing about this game is massive. As in Massively Multi player. Not one damn thing, it's NOT an mmo, so it following mmo practices is -blam!-ing bullshit.
