"Seriously, never again" triumph
So will there ever be some form of rewards for completing shattered throne alone without dying?
Getting a mere triumph is abit underwhelming and I would love to get something for it. It can just be a chance at a really cool shader or something similar, just so that the people who actually got the "seriously, never again" triumph can show of their efforts.

So funny how the hardest things in the game dont reward you with anything. I flawless soloed the shattered throne which is one of the hardest things in the game but all I have is the emblem that everyone else has for soloing. I 3 manned the heroic menagerie and all I have is the normal heroic menagerie emblem. People have solo’ed heroic zero hour and don’t have anything to show for it. Doesn’t make any sense

2 RepliesYa they should of had a different emblem for it. But I do it for the challenge anyway. Soloing ST is actually the most fun I’ve had in Destiny all yr lol. Every week it comes out I try to be beat my best time from the last time it was available. Trying to beat my best time is much more fun and satisfying then grinding out some ugly ass armour imo lol

7 RepliesThe feeling of completing that triumph was more than enough of a reward for me. It’s one of the few things to do in the game that makes your heart race and fills you with adrenaline.

I agree. I stopped at completing Solo Shattered Throne, because you at least get an emblem. But to do it flawless for no reward whatsoever, and a no point Triumph, it's just not worth doing.

Yeah that's one thing that I did find a bit surprising. Which was also why I was never worried about completing it. Though I did the other day just because I'm sick of part of my clan going off constantly about mountaintop and other weapons and I know they won't be able to complete this. ^^;

4 RepliesWhy do you feel the need to be rewarded for it in the first place? It’s there to challenge yourself, The fact that they acknowledge it is a testament in itself. If they was no triumph/reward people would still do it.

How about this: I got the solo triumph/emblem for soloing and the ONLY death I had was killing myself with my mountaintop when the ogre needed 2 more shots to die( so for me, its literally "seriously, never again", i will never get it now lol). So maybe you can just enjoy the satisfaction of knowing you were are part of an elite group to finish it? I mean, do you really need something to flex on everyone with? That's part of this communities problem and why so many say it's full of elitists. You aren't helping our case here man. Ive seen so many people complain about mountaintop being made easier and wanting something for that too, while I'm over here like "I'm glad other people will get to enjoy a unique and fun weqpon, I'll always know that I did it when it was truly challenging, so I'm good with it." Am I the only one who feels that way about things?

Same with 3-man heroic menagerie. There should be an emblem variant for it. Would take the bare minimum amount of effort.

The reward is completion. The reward is knowing you can breeze that content anytime you like.

I need a triumph with cosmetic reward for logginin into D2. So when I use that cosmetic ppl could see what a dumb fck I am. Tho if they can see it, means they technicly should have it too... hmmm
