They can they can lock them out of peoples account
They should do this . They did this with a few pieces .
This did this with one of the exotics which was granting a exploit

If they can, wholesale, remove perks from peoples' guns (that are both in Guardians hands and in their vaults) a la Shot Package, they should be able to lock guns across the board too. Only people who cheated have them, so only people who cheated would be affected.

My though behind it is that if if they lock it they cannot use in raid day one If they don’t lock it they may have perks that are going to activate once the raid is released which will give them an advantage .

exactly, locking them out of the accounts would be great, they just sit there but can't be used.
