I am so done with Crota.
No matter how hard I try, I just can't find the right team. I pull my weight, but everyone else just seems to do nothing. Maybe most of the people that can kill Crota are on Xbox One? Because I sure as hell haven't found anybody that can stay alive during the fight

It can be really tough to find a good team if you are using LFG's. A lot of the guys either aren't good players, don't communicate well or play as a team (fatal at the Crota CP), or just aren't sure which part of the gun is supposed to point at the enemy. I've cleared Crota a couple times with groups from LFG's and it took a couple tries to find a decent one. If the group I joined didn't use good strats or communication or just couldn't get it together I would leave rather than waste my time. If you ever find a group that you play well with then send them friend requests and find out if they are interested in playing together again. Chances are good they could use another guy to play the raid with regularly.

Got on today found a group and finished again on my second character..... It's not that hard :/

It helps to have one person really directing where to focus fire power, when to hit crota ect. Try taking a little more of a leaders stance if no one takes the roll. I've found this helps a lot as I do raids with a lot of random as well. Hope this helps :).

It can be a pain but you have to be the guy to decide quickly whether you want to stick with a team who seems like they xant handle it or find another team. I've cleared the whole raid 6 times. I met some teams that pissed me the -blam!- off for wasting my time.

Find a group that knows what to do and wants to win. There is no point to not pull your weight in this raid since pretty much each part will dominate you if anyone tries to slouch through. I realize that people have completed it solo but when there is a group and someone fails the whole group quickly fails as well.

thats like saying you're the worst baseball team in the league for going on a 4 game losing streak. yours is just coming up front. it's a small sample. everyone will have a streak where they wipe and wipe and wipe. just bad luck. keep trying!

At least willingness to follow directions 3: no damn 29. The penalties of 3 lvl when facing lvl 32s mobs is plain impossible, 30 is a bare minimum, 31 even better. 29s are dead weight, as skilled ad they are.

But I get in groups that want to go in the upper left and I personally think it's harder there for the team to work together correctly. It really comes down to the leader giving good, clear directions and the swordbearer's skills. The rest of the team just needs to follow directions and take Crota's shields down fast and in time.

I've noticed a lot of people like to 'run forward' too much. With oversoul main goal should be to not die.

Seems that you are the common denominator. I play on ps4 and have beaten crota twice on all three characters with randoms found on here.

There's lots of great people to raid with on all platforms. My advice join a clan or find a good group and stick with them. I regurlary raid with the same group and we have no trouble beating crota.

Good swordbearer, solid strategy and an adept team with powerful heavy weapons are the keys to success my friend.
