Born in America. Italian, German, Polish, and Lithuanian. The part of Italy my ancestors came from (Troia, named after Troy)was colonized by the Greeks, so possibly Greek too.

English, English, English, English, maybe some more English, then a spot of Belgian. If you want to go back a millennium or two, a skull expert once told my dad he has a Saxon-shaped skull. Which makes me even more English than native Britons.

Born in America. My Father is a first generation son of immigrants from Germany, and my mother comes from Native American and Hispanic backgrounds. I find my dad's side far more interesting. My grandparents were from Berlin. The line goes back quite far. Since Berlin is east Germany that means I have Prussian blood. Stories go that my Grandfather's Uncle flew in World War I with the Red Barron. There is also mention of a Duke and a castle in the stories as well. What really has me interested is that my last name, "Hoehne" is very similar to a long lasting German house called "Hoehnzollern," which has roots back to the Holy Roman Empire. It was a house of nobles. From Dukes and Barons to members of the Teutonic order and even Emperors of Prussia and the Holy Roman Empire. If I am indeed a member of house Hoehnzoller that means I share blood with emperors, kings, and Großgebietiger of the Knights Teutonic. I find this shit incredibly interesting. I'd love to actually trace my tree back to see just where it stems from. Seriously, how much more bad ass can it get when you are have Prussian and Teutonic blood? I wish my Hispanic side was more interesting. There have only been mumblings of an ancestor that rode with Poncho Villa. But in Mexican families, everyone had a family member that rode with, or was Poncho Villa. Which is probably why, as a Mexican, you can crash just about any Mexican party simply by saying that you are a cousin or something. We won't question it because we can't be arsed, and we really don't care. As long as you bring beer or tequila.
