You've never cleared a raid, GM, or Master nightfall with that being said you don't know what you're asking for. One example you get matched with 1 or 2 people not using mics you're never getting the raid done.

They’re putting in an in-game LFG system. That’s what you’re doing. Either be social through that, or do other content.

They are implementing changes to social interaction where you can find a fireteam quick and easy in game instead of a third party app or device. So I doubt they’ll add matchmaking but instead have you ask for help with their new system. I’m not sure if this helps with your question or not 🤷🏻

The fact is that as soon as something complex comes in people complain in this community, if something requires more than shooting stuff, people simply won't do it or improve and learn. They will come here, go to reddit and then complain the activity is too hard Thats the sad reality why no one wants that. Raids are the only activities that are difficult in this game or well. Provide a challenge people are pretty passionate about it. When you disagree you get called a gatekeeping elitist by the casuals.
