Comp isn’t set up for solo que, it’s designed for teams. Therefore Bungie has no reason to fix the matchmaking because it’s you as the player making a misstep by going in alone. Comp is a team mode and there is no way around that.

Are you on 24 7, do you always have people on to help you, are you sure you can always find competent people? No so I have to solo quest. I've put up post and once they get the gun no one wants to play because it a waste of time after. So yes the comp game type needs to be fix, unless you are gonna help then dont say anything.

I’ve been slowly solo queuing myself trying to get to fabled and it’s not been horrible. If I lose I just take a break then get back to it

LFG, without a team, a solo player can bet on losing every match they get into and rely on going against stacks while pared with other people moronic enough to go in alone. If you are too stubborn to wait until you have a team, you’re just not going to get anywhere. A loss sets you back in terms of points, so why blindly join a match almost guaranteed to lose by yourself?

Except there's a problem with trying to use LFG to look for people to help you with reaching fabled: unless you have decent k/d ratio they will turn a blind eye to you or so i have been told for my clanmates.
