This weapon is honestly a joke right now. I get that we don't wanna return to the "2 and walk away" days, but at least make this thing capable of a 3 shot body kill. I get melted by sidearms at the weapons intended range. Can't even get a second shot off at mid-range because a palindrome or a Luna has already three-tapped me.
Having a high RoF is useless if I need to slow down to compensate for bloom/recoil.
And there is an artifact which negates the exotic perk. Plus why is the poison damage so inconsistent? Sometimes it does 2 per tick, other times 1, and occasionally 0 (I'm guessing this is the artifact).
Beyond that, I am also getting occasionally instances where someone will take poison damage, but not impact damage. So I will see a few white 2s, but no 68 or 71. Did I hit them, or do they just have space gonorrhoea?
At a minimum, this thing should be causing 5 damage per tick...2 is pointless. A buff to stability would also be nice, seeing as how I'm expected to fire this at 3-4 bullets in about .8 seconds.

7 RepliesThey should put it in the high impact class. Low impact handcannons are so useless at this point. You have to shoot slow on a weapon that is supposed to shoot fast just to get around a stupid mechanic.
