Coping with Depression?

I know I will probably get a lot of negative comments but whatever.. I just want to see what do you guys do in your time living with depression besides shooting enemies and looting engrams?

    It's the very oppression the world leaders have put into play, the monopoly of enslaved minds, bodies, emotions, and labor. Their presence and enlightenment to truth gives them a euphoria that mimics godhood. Everything's been tampered and altered to either kill, infect, or suppress our bodies and minds. Our food, our air, our medicine, our supplements, our information. This convulsion of chemicals being mass produced in our atmosphere, and the life giving necessities being removed from our foods. What's truly killing us is being supported by globalists, and the things that could cure practically every disease is hidden. The truth is hidden in plain sight by the symbolism, numbers, signs, words, and teachings. This ancient brotherhood of occult demonic elites, and political puppets transcending time and all known elements through one master. One string holder. And one god in his own maniacal, manipulative, and in comprehensible demise. This is the obvious truth that no man of common belief and trust in this corrupt system can accept. Put yourself in reality and realize everything you've ever known is a lie, and the things you'll come to know can no longer deceive you.

      • I try to keep myself from thinking. Gaming (mostly destiny), watching sports, listening to music - the times I'm at my worst are usually when I've given myself the opportunity to think.

      • Do not let your placement in life overrule your emotions. There are tons of things that may distract you from depression, but a distraction is not a remedy. A distraction is not a great means of coping. The roots will always remain. Life is by no means fair, and some humans are unfortunately born with many disadvantages. Even still, those humans sometimes can go on to do exceptional things in life, despite life being very unfair from the get go. We are in control of what we do and what we feel. You either leave life on autopilot, hoping to someday reach a decent location...or regain as much control as you can, and steer yourself into a place you feel you may thrive. The emotions from being sad or happy can heavily influence art, music, and literature though. Though not really remedies, of course a distraction is ok, and sometimes your best works are created during the highs and lows of your life.

              • Pretty sure a lot of people who say they have depression or bipolar for that matter doesn't have neither. Being sad because life has you down doesn't mean you got depression. It just means life is being shit atm. Having a bad attitude doesn't mean you are bipolar. It just means you are an asshole.

              • Trying to find myself. I got really depressed when I don't know what to do with my life. I do know now but I might not be able to join because of the depression. That depresses me even more. Lol. Also, pushing through it helped a lot and getting over yourself helps a lot.

              • well, i won't say im depressed, because my doc never diagnosed me with it. but some days truly feel empty and completely useless. i got tired of typing in caps because it felt like i was being too demanding, so now i type in lowercase. anyways, i try to help others out im the gaming world, or find my life to be valuable to someone. hell, if it wasn't for me, this girl i met playing destiny at 11 at night, march 2015 would probably be dead, and it makes me feel good i could have possibly kept someone alive to stay. i think that answers your question, right?
