Am I the only one who cringes?
I don't know why, but how much of a noob can a person be?
Maybe it's an OCD, but when I see a character use an EXOTIC item for another subclass they're not on I die a little.
Example-
Young Ahamkara's Spine on Bladedancer
The Ram on Sunsinger
Helm of Inmost Light on Defender
I can't be the only one

1 ReplyYou sorry too much about how others play. I know what you mean, but sometimes it's unavoidable. Perhaps it's the only thing with decent light. Perhaps the player is trying to rank up that armour. I'm currently running solar on my titan to rank up Sunbreaker, but I'm also trying to get my Saint - 14 upgraded. Sorry if I was one of those people you are taking about. :}

2 RepliesI facepalm when a nightfall or strike has a elemental burn but my teammates don't use that subclass or weapons that match that burn.

For a while I would use graviton forfeit no matter what subclass I was playing because mine had over 100 intel, inverse shadow, and health regen on orb pickup. And most importantly its the coolest helmet hunters have.

I will level anything up using whatever subclass I feel most comfortable with in whichever activity I'm doing even if it doesn't make sense as long as I'm not a detriment to the team. Crucible non IB is fair game.

I rarely use exotic armors and I mean very rarely, so it doesn't hurt to put on something that makes me look cooler.

Lol, this was me the other night. I switched to bladedancer for pve then went to switch up my gear and subclass to gun slinger for pvp. Changed my gear but forgot to change the subclass. Ahamkaras spine don't work well with skip grenades.

I just did this yesterday. I needed to upgrade an Obsidian Mind even though I was running Sunsinger. I was doing the heroics and I didn't want to run Voidwalker but I wanted the helmet upgraded. It happens, big deal.

3 RepliesI don't fully agree. The exceptions being Voidfang Vestments and Lucky Raspberry. I find re-spawning with a full grenade charge to be more useful than the perks on most Exotic Gear. But I die a lot....

It's OCD it bothers me too. RAM and voidfangs even make since but it still bothers me.

I see Ram used all the time on all sub classes... the armor boost apply's regardless
