What makes you insta boot people from LFG Raids?
I've done a great deal of LFG raids and can tolerate most people but a couple things really grind my gears.
1. People that chew with their mouth open/smack their lips
2. Mouth breathers.
3. People that show up for a Hard raid with guns that are not even slightly leveled, as in Rare or VoG weapons.
4. People that use the Kinect as a mic.
5. People that ask "how long is this going to take?".
That's my top 5 reasons for insta booting people from LFG raid groups.
What makes you go for "boot from fireteam" instantly?

This actually happened to me once. My group was having trouble clearing atheon on hard vog. They kept failing to kill the oracles in time, so I knew it must be something to do with weapons. Upon inspection of one of the players I see they have universal remote and a blue sniper rifle equipped. I ask him "Why the hell would you run this setup?" "he replies "dude, do you see the impact on these things?" Smh

People that die repeatedly and blame a glitch 5. People that don't say anything when they actually should be communicating about the raid, perfect example... Bridge on Crota's End. I don't hold a iron hammer, I'm actually quite kind, but when I run a raid... For the sake of everyone else's time in the fire team... I do my best to feel out the groups consensus and then act on its behalf.

7 RepliesNever used LFG, don't really like it. Destiny forums works just fine for me. But here is my insta-kick list: #1- A-holes and D-bags. #2- Chewing while their mic is on. #3- Mouth breathers that don't t listen when asked to move their mic.

People that join our group of five and starts trying to boss everyone around. 3. People people that don't say a word the entire raid and die consistently. 4. People that insist they know how to do the raid and literally have no ducking clue. 5. Anybody that dies on normal.

LFG sucks on tuesdays I've just realized. So many shitty groups. Little kids yelling at one another. Half the team leaving after one wipe. It's just been a bad day.

When someone rages constantly or talks down to other people in the group I will not tolerate disrespectful people

4 RepliesThe one thing that gets me is just because you're listening to music or your child is screaming in the room with you, doesn't mean I want to hear it as well. A little mic courtesy can go a long way.

I just politely ask people to move the mic away from their mouths. Everyone laughs and problem is solved.

I guess I'm just one of the fortunate few that has never had to boot a single player during the time I've been fireteam leader. Maybe I just have high tolerance and patience, or maybe I'm just lucky with the people I find. I've definitely been in groups where other leaders would just boot everybody for the smallest things, but as for myself I'd say I'm very fortunate, haha.

If they are assholes, think they can tell us what to do when they are the ones messing it up. And people trying to do vog hm with no vog weapons at all 90% of the time they can't clear then oracles when teleported.
