Violent crime went way up (not really: mass shootings disappeared, homicides with guns dropped 50%, and suicide rates with guns dropped 50%). Therefore, Amendment II should have no restrictions, because if the State controlled and registered firearms, then only most people would be able to purchase a deadly weapon capable of killing ten people in under a minute.
