Am I the only one who's kinda glad he sold No Land Beyond? To me it's a cool new weapon, it takes a totally different play style to use. I never used sniper rifles before but I look at this weapon as my practice weapon. Slide that bolt faster dammit!

 • This. I'm away on break. I've bought the DLC mind you, but since I'm using an Xbox that doesn't have the dark below installed I can't

 • I got it to do patrols with. I won't waste glimmer or materials upgrading it. But its fun to play with and pretty easy to use. Tried it I'm crucible today, and aside from having some pretty low scoring games I landed some sweet kills with it.

 • A good practice sniper is patience and time. Or icebreaker. No land beyond is really for true marksmen. Which I am not.

 • I have both of them, but they are too good if you know what I mean. I'm a pretty good shot too but when I'm in the midst of it I seem to choke. NLB seems to give me extra skill though, maybe it's the low-ish zoom and iron sights.

 • Use patience and times lower zoom. The invis will help you learn to stay calm when sniping. It provides a moment of safety. Icebreaker is better to help you become accurate as it is more forgiving over missed shots and forces you to learn to deal with recoil At least IMO. But to each their own I guess.

 • I'll keep that in mind. I've been finding myself trying to use a sniper rifle because it's the only weapon I've been neglecting. It really sucks when I'm getting bum rushed by stealth vandals. I go to pull out my shotgun.. only to pull out a sniper rifle. *Guardian down*

 • Well, if training with nlb, equip a shotgun to always be safe. Or use universal remote and a legendary sniper. Alternatively, use close range handcannon and an exotic sniper or TLW and a legendary sniper.

 • Haha that's what I've been doing with NLB. I've had Secret Handshake at the ready. It's the vendor bought edition with the shot package perk, so you can get the baddies from a good distance. I absolutely love Secret Handshake it's hands down the best shotgun I've used so far.
