Icebreaker error
Says it's supposed to;

The combustion used to be bigger. I think it was silently nerfed. A lot of friends who have had it since before Xur sold it say the same thing.

Happens all the time...causes a nice little impact on enemies about 1-2ft away. Works best on dregs,shanks, and standard vex

1 ReplyThe explosion affect only happens when you kill an enemy with a body shot and not a head shot. I have tested this many times on different mobs and it is the same result everytime.

It DOES happen, but the explosion is reeeeeally small and you can barely see it.

It happens, however it's like an ability , it takes time for it to happen again, roughly 5-10 seconds between kills, it deals 1/6th of the weapons damage to enemies around the main person killed, making this ability practically useless.

It works, but it's just a tiny explosion. You'd be lucky enough to hurt somebody 2ft away from the explosion. Still a great sniper, considering all other values.

6 RepliesEdited by Joshua : 11/15/2014 3:32:39 AMIt's different than firefly. With guns that have firefly the enemy actually explodes. With the icebreaker as you word they spontaneously combust. In other words they light on fire. The combustion is small mostly only effecting the target that was shoot, and sometimes catching nearby enemies on fire. They must be very close for this to happen however. Misty folks expect it to be like firefly when they see the combustion, but it is a different perk with a different effect.

They do combust but its so small that any other enemy for splash damage literally has to be next to the one sniped bumping him

I've never seen them explode... its more like thy lit a fart on fire. Just a little puff.

Well spontaneous combustion means that they catch on fire and burn. It isn't supposed to be an explosion, if it was it would be worded like pradyths revenge.
