Truth or Gjallarhorn?
Which do you prefer? Why?
Edit: For future reference, I made this post back in early October. I didn't have a Gjallarhorn yet, so I did not know about how powerful it was. Just saying.

Depends on situation, I found that that with gjallarhorn if tracking missiles all hit the one target it's a beast outdoes the truth, but the truth I found that I have a extra rocket in tube , and with "aggressive " tracking it will bend more to get its target. I recommend truth for PVP because of proximity detonated rockets , , that's my opinion

I was hoping to read some intelligent discussion of the different situations the weapons are good in, so I can make the most of what I have, and know what to focus on levelling up for what. For instance, Dragon's Breath is outstanding vs. spawn entrances in the refinery in the Sepik's Prime raid. The planet destiny review above is pretty good - but still kinda overly focused on boss-kill.

Trick question. Both are equal IMHO. If a nightfall or heroic strike has only void burn truth will far surpass ghorn due to void damage and vice versa for solar burn. Otherwise it's just whatever your preferences are.

Truth if you want a rocket that will hunt you down like freddy crooger in your dreams and gjallarhorn if you want a rocket that is decent at tracking but has way over kill after the first explosion

2 RepliesGhallarhorn. I don't know why people insist on using a rocket launcher in pve. Machine guns give a chance at more kills. I use Corrective Measure with field scout. 100 rounds before I have to reload is an easy choice for me.

Truth is hilariously good in pvp but Gally I've seen what it can do everywhere else. I just got mine from Deathsinger last week still need to lvl it up.
