Lol huh?? What do you mean why should it be their choice? Maybe because some of them don't have the luxury of having friends who actually play destiny. Also, them choosing to do so doesn't affect you or anyone else... so why not?

Actually Jesz's reply is exactly what my concerns are regarding the issue. Bungie wants the player to be accountable for their failure. Giving gamers the choice to continually "fail horribly" is not the gaming experience I think Bungie is going for.

Matrix, it's not your concern. Players still want to try out the content... whatever the outcome. Saying that they cannot because they have a chance of failure shouldn't be up to anyone but themselves.

It's is up to themselves. Either they do what is needed to raid or they don't.

I'm sure Bungie have done their own due-diligence as far as test/polls and Activision expressed support of Bungie's new approach to social gaming in their Annual Report. Raiding is not a feature, it's an event. People aren't entitled to raid, they have to earn it. Bungie will not cater to every gamer. They are making the gamer accountable and they are making this very clear.

Let me put this in summary. No mm, if so Randoms cry nerf. It's the Randoms fault for the nerf not the company. I've played WOW and seen that they nerfed the raids and people say that it's the randoms and casuals faults. Every time I see that I say "Bull$hit". The companies' programmers made the decision to nerf it. The programmers didn't have the balls to defend the product they made.
