I have a question on the public events. In the e3 vid it show two different fire teams killing the aliens and the devil walker. Will there be a cap to how many people can join an event? I only ask this question because if any amount of people can join in on a public event. What challenge is it if a 1000 people join in only too fight a few aliens and one devil walker. The enemy will be melted within five seconds.

I know we will be and too travel to other planets. Adventure around earth and the moon, but will there be any sea adventures either on the water and or under the water? Please say there is a public event under water battle that would be epic.

4 Replieswhat happened to the weekly update being about the game....? it's all well and good to tell me about your travels and things... BUT AT LEAST TICKLE ME WITH THE TEASE FEATHER AND THEN SLAP ME WITH AN EMPHATIC "NO!!" WHEN I BEG FOR MORE!!!! At least announce the CE, SUPER, MEGA, AND ULTRA EDITIONS of the game.... cuz I know they will be hella expensive! and yes I will get one.

In Destiny you said the world would be alive in a way does that mean aid life to. Like in Skyrim how there are animals and creatures that you can hunt and kill for loot. I think that would be pretty cool if we were able to track down a giant boss monster on Mars and kill and get look that way> :/

3 RepliesA couple of question I doubt will get answered due them actually being relevant. Forgive my ignorance, I haven't followed destiny as much as other forum posters so i might be a little behind regarding new information. 1. Regarding melee weapons, its said its confirmed that there are melee weapons in destiny but what part will these play in terms of our equipment? Will they merely be different skins for a dedicated melee button, much like the melees in borderlands(commando has the hatchet, zer0 has katana ect...) or will they be equipable in a weapon slot and be handled similarly to the sword or hammer in the halo games? 2. Also regarding weapon trees, its shown that weapons have their own "skill" trees in a way, does that mean that unique weapons can be similarly leveled with our guardian, if we start with a level 1 guardian and a level 1 weapon will they level together so that that weapon will be leveled and viable at say level 30?
