What it looks like has happened is that they launched D2 on Steam after purchasing it, but before activating cross-save which resulted in the passes being applied to the now dormant Steam destiny account rather than their Playstation destiny account (active profile for cross-save) - API shows them on active on the dormant Steam [url=https://crimson.report/4611686018553424249/4611686018458557423]here[/url].

At the bottom they'll use 'submit request' and provide details on the form. Bungie will the look into it during business hours.
