I like endgame that's not brainless... Otherwise... it's not endgame. It's a social club for fake tryhards. I'm not saying you're that.... And people have been playing make believe for far too long. Here's relevant example... just saw a clip from SneakyB lauding Consecration as an optimal strat for GM Lightblade. Yesterday... for fun, because I already had farmed the Glaive... and for coins and mats I TRIED to help people doing no mic lfgs in FF. It was rough. I had one run where a Consecration Titan dropped in the 1st room, I got them up... then at the ball dunk they died to a void shield, and they restarted the GM! Someone could have grabbed their rez. Then, they typed in text chat... "[Don't talk **** about the last run]". No one had typed anything, btw. Guess what happened? Same thing, dropped as aggro was swarming way too deep in that 1st room trying to spam consecration. These players, like the one I mentioned... have been fake parsing in this game for too long. So, I dipped. I maybe got 1 clear last night in FF, it is frustrating. Why is it relevant? Well and Divinity were bad for the game from the start, it has created a class of players that believe they can go into a no mic GM and play a strat they watched a tuber that has a perfectly rolled class item, and probably 500+ plus hours running it. And then they die, then wipe us again out of position... then they leave. That's why Well shouldn't have EVER been a thing. I want to clarify, I'm not angry... I fail in this game, too. I obviously was struggling to anchor last night. I'm usually pretty good at keeping runs alive... last night was a struggle. So, that's why the game WAS not ... IS Not better with things like well crutch, like Divinity... like using a broken melee build that locks you in the animation just asking to die in a GM like Lightblade. I had a Hivebearer... lob a nade underhand... like I was him. Rolled it off the ledge they were on, I've never seen that. That stuff happens, AND I WANT it to happen. I was .5 secs late to the spawn, the telegraph was funky ... but it was still my fault for being late. Learn. That's the TLDR... practice, but not in no mic lfgs, lol. 😇 👍💠

Simpler? Sure, but ask any Warlock main and we can certainly tell you it was not "better" to be stuck on Well of Radiance instead of literally any other super. The only time we got a reprieve was if it was one of the challenge runs for the same subclass or maybe if there was already another Warlock in the fireteam running it, but even then we usually had to chain it. Bungie had trouble with designing encounters around the super, which led to higher health pools and gating health. Sadly they have not backed off of the former but slowly they are getting rid of the latter.
