I've noticed it hasn't worked on rocket launchers, or special grenade launchers. Example. I've got a harmonic holster on my solar titan, and I'm using apex predator, and it won't reload when I stow it.
On my stasis titan, it won't reload my forbearance GL even though I have an arc holster equipped.
If the holster mods won't reload those weapons, then it needs to say that in game
