Privacy request mail
I sent an email to privacyrequests@bungie.com to change the birth date on a second account due to never having the verification on date of birth, but I only got a response with information from the Bungie help page. I can't use the Bungie help page because it redirects me to bungie.net when I sign up with the account that has the problem. Supposedly, I need the privacy request forum, but as I said, I can't sign up.

1 ReplyHello there, Thanks for reporting. We launched a mandatory "date of birth" screen in Destiny 2. This is a one-time ask. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat.
