This has been bugging me for a while now and it seems to have flown completely under the radar. The masterwork on certain guns sold by xur and banshee do not randomise. The one I first clocked is True Prophecy. Over the last 2 years, ever since xur began selling guns, all true prophecies sold by vendors have had only reload masterworks. Neither xur, nor more recently banshee, has ever sold a true prophecy with any masterwork other than reload for the past 2 years. I refuse to believe that this is a coincidence at this point because the odds of all 20+ rolls I've seen sold having the same masterwork is astronomically low. I don't know what is causing this, but I am begging for it to be resolved at some point because if a gun cannot be reasonably farmed and is best obtained from vendors, I would prefer it to have actual random traits.
