Better than Diablo IV
This game. Even in its current state is way better than Diablo IV. How in the world do people enjoy doing the exact same 6 moves over and over again to maybe get a piece you might need with hopefully a good roll.
Seriously the D2 community needs to change. We have the best game in the industry and we act like it’s a Turd Sandwich. I’m out here upgrading weapons. Blowing -blam!- up with arc cuz it’s -blam!- fun. Hero nightfalls are sweaty and I love it. Crucible needs work but it’s still fun. Gambit is fun. Like holy -blam!- there’s 90,000 more things to do than Diablo IV and everyone acts like that game is elite. I played one character to level 60 and immediately got bored.
I can’t wait for Final Shape. I hope they keep it going because it’s a -blam!- snooze fest out there.
Edit: Diablo IV is enjoyable. I just wish there was something more. I hope it has continued success and the people who get something out of it continue to do so.

Agree wholeheartedly. I don't understand why Diablo 4 is viewed with such favor while D2 is viewed with such scorn (at least on these forums). I guess it's a case of "The grass is always greener..."

You contradicted yourself. You said Diablo 4 is enjoyable. Destiny 2 is not, for me at least. It’s just an endless grind for worthless loot because it’ll all be irrelevant in a couple seasons

I’ve stopped playing Destiny 2 for a while and am enjoying Diablo IV just now, just completed the 1st season pass. If anything the RnG in Diablo IV is worse than Destiny. Had nothing but trash from the tree of whispers and Legions. 😂

5 RepliesI prefer Diablo IV, also the transmog armor and transmog weapon system is so much better than D2 transmog. Breakdown anything for a transmog instead of a stupid bounty grind. If only D2 had weapon transmog though.

D2 had it's issues and bungo is out of touch...but the state diablo is currently in with how empty and pointless the game feels (not including braindead nerfs etc), D2 is still something I can get on and enjoy for a bit. I couldn't force myself to play diablo for another minute.

Just the same way as how someone who does play Destiny is burnt out about the game being several years old and hardly seeing any major gameplay improvements in just as long. Not much need for over exaggerating when the whole of Destiny content can be broken down to Gambit, PvP, Strikes/Nightfalls, Raids, planetary exploration, rotating seasonal content, Xur and Eververse/Bright Dust Grinding. A fair bit less than “90,000 more things to do than Diablo IV” has, yeah? No need to go off sounding like a rabid Destiny fan.

Diablo IV got old and boring pretty fast and easy like as if there are no endgame content or gear to grind afterward the final boss.
