Hey there. Winterbite has a catalyst entry in the API, but it is just a placeholder. It shares this with Bastion and Devil's Ruin. They are not currently obtainable.

Traveler’s Chose and Symmetry have catalysts. Only one out of the 3 that doesn’t have a catalyst is Winterbite.

They're wrong. Winterbite doesn't have a catalyst. Weapons that have a catalyst available, have a catalyst slot. Inspect Winterbite and you'll see there isn't a catalyst slot like other weapons.

The better catalyst examples are bastion and devils ruin, they have triumph entries but don't exist in game yet.
