While I’m a stern defender of “if you want to play the content, then buy it”, having a separate playlist for NF’s/Lost sectors would be nice for the F2P community, especially seeing as Bungie is all about ease of use and streamlined content.

It's mostly that they already had that setup. Adept used to have just vanilla strikes. I recognize that a lot of the old strikes were vaulted, but the past 2 year's seasonal battlegrounds that were recycled for the vanguard playlist are completely free right? They have what they need to make it happen
