When Bungie... When do we get a Primary Ritual Weapon!!!
Am Sick and Tired of getting Special after Special after Heavy after Heavy Seasonal Ritual Weapon...
There is not ONE Primary Ritual Weapon... we don't want a Heavy or Special... we got so many already... give us Please a Good Auto, Smg, Pulse, Pistol or whatever...
This Sucks not having a Primary Ritual Weapon after so many Seasons.

People worked hard for those guns.

I would love a new ritual bow. first perks: Explosive Head, Incandescent . Second Perks; Archers Gambit, Opening Shot. Archers Gambit needs to make a return!

1 Replywe kinda did way back in season of dawn the buzzard but it wasn't that good cause it was a sidearm by all accounts the only current ritual primary is point of the stage from iron banner not sure if you can still earn it from Saladin

I’d prefer an auto, one that’s really good for both PvE and PvP. I feel like auto rifles haven’t had any love since Breakneck in the ritual/pinnacle department, and there really aren’t many good options rn besides maybe Gnawing Hunger and Summoner (maybe Chroma Rush?)

15 RepliesIt could be cool, but I see them working their way through the specials and heavies first. They’re easier to make good without making them broken. We’ve gotten: - Sniper - Special GL - Fusion - Rocket - Shotgun - MG - Heavy GL That leaves a Trace rifle, Glaive, Sword, and Linear Fusion. (Honestly think it’s probably going to be a Glaive next) I’d honestly also count Point of the Stag as it’s really similar to the system we have right now. I’d say if they’re going to go for a primary weapon, a Sidearm or SMG would be the easiest to make strong but not broken.

Yeah, a 600rpm Auto or 900rpm SMG would be noice, but what I would really like is either a stasis glaive or sword (yeah we do have one, but I’d like a vortex one too).

I was thinking the same thing. It's felt like they are afraid of giving us a primary ritual weapon and are doing everything they can to give us everything accept a primary.

1 ReplyThe Ritual Weapon is more often than not one of the weapons with an anti-Champion mod the following season. Last season's ritual weapon was a machine gun, and Overload Machine Gun is available as a mod this season. It's Bungie trying to help players prepare for more difficult content in the future, as there are a larger variety of options for both primary weapons and primary weapon anti-Champion mods each season.
