Topic body
I just suck every game I play. I've just given up with crucible altogether ha. I've tried everything. I just seem to die instantly while enemies shields hardly drop. Never understood how crucible works. Hated it in destiny 1 aswell. Hardly touched it.

3 RepliesNo, it's more like I slay in one game and then not again for 20 games 🤣
-
18 RepliesJust happened. One match was putting in work and the next match got wrecked. You can tell how bad the lobby balancing is if you screenshot the after action report.
-
Went like 0.5 and then 2.7 earlier today 😂
-
2 RepliesSlay one minute. Get wrecked for 64 games after
-
It’s about a 1 good game to 20 butt kickings ratio for me.
-
1 ReplyYe, it's an inconsistent experience. Also, almost every time I take a new gun into PvP, get a good amount of kills with it and thus think I'm good with it, in the next match or the match after that I'm bad with it and often find myself switching around. But it also heavily depends on your team mates and enemies. Good team mates will keep the enemy at bay, distract them and give you an easier time to shine. Bad team mates will get overrun and then there's nobody between you and your enemies and you're next on the menu.

1 ReplyHappens all the time, I’ve noticed more so when I do a class swap. Go from fighting for top spot to dangling off the bottom half lol

Edited by Sohsuh: 4/16/2022 12:09:43 AMDay? Lol more like every match. After I do well in a game, the next one is always some brutal mercy. I just quit now. I am not going to be apart of Bungie's stupid algorithm. I'll quit and find a new match. Video games are supposed to be fun not miserable. I think a lot of it comes down to which team/player has host, since it's peer to peer. Because I can always tell when my team has host. Your shots are crispy, your melee's aren't whiffing, movement feels extremely fluid, then the next game your shots feel like the damage is delayed, melee's whiff, movement feels a tad bit off. It just feels bad and people seem to be taking way more shots than usual.

2 RepliesThat's their rigged matchmaking algorythm working hard to keep everyone at a 50 % win rate. Match outcomes are predetermined, proven by sites like destiny tracker. You simply are forced to lose half your matches by intentionally putting you into the worse team half the time. That's what these incompetent devs call "balancing". Laughable company.

I know I'm average in D2. But playing in west coast US is prime sweats every match.
-
1 ReplyMaybe we should start a discord and all team up?
-
Nope, I'm a potato all day every day 🤪
-
Damn I guess i only play on bad days ahah...
-
1 ReplyNo. I suck at crucible every day.
-
I often do bad but this morning I really was taking Ls
-
3 RepliesGlad it’s not just me. My matches range wildly from 3.0 to 0.3 KD. Lol
-
Yeahhhh babyyy

Edited by BedlamX: 4/13/2022 9:10:53 PM
Topic body
Just played a match where I hit my opponent a good 8 head shots with peace of mind and he ran off like they were mosiquito bites. We lost big
-
No.. I just suck;).
-
1 ReplyYes. Part of that is Bungles Catch Up mechanism in game. Part of that is the game has no Regional Host Servers (peer to peer), so your at the mercy of connection quality and what sort of McDonalds Wifi Potato your opponents are using for a modem. Part of that is in a falling population, Bungle will match you with the United Nations of players, just to fill a lobby. So skill based matchmaking is an afterthought.
-
Connection only matchmaking do be causin' flip floppin'.
-
Nope, get stomped every time. Thats why I quit doing pvp.
-
I’ll have a few really good games where I dominated the other team, and others where I’m literally rock-brain stupid and can’t even move properly
-
Yes, and I’m unequivocally low skill at PvP, so it’s more like 1 good match then 2-3 wtf is happening to me ones.
-
It’s more like every other match. One match I’m doing good hitting sniper shots then the next game whiff every shot.
