I bought Witch Queen in the region I am currently living in. I buy most games this way. I then play them on my main account, which is a different region as it's the region I was living in when I opened my PSN account over a decade ago. It has all my PSN trophies. All my gamer friends are on it. Playing the game is no issue. They locked me out of posting on fireteam finder though cuz the DLC wasn't purchased on the account I play, which is the account I play for every game.
