Pinnacle rewards dropping at base light level
My last 3 pinnacle rewards have dropped at 1323 light, however my base light is 1323, with artifact am 1335
My equipped (and highest light valued) equipment are as follows:
5/8 are 1324
1/8 are 1325
2/8 are 1323
My understanding is pinnacle gear should drop with at least +1 base light level, however this weeks crucible rewards were 1323, and last weeks prophecy reward was 1323 (I entered prophecy at 1323 base light)

My pinnacle rewards have always been at, or under, my base average level. Thats if the game even gives me anything at all. As in, Half the time I wont get a drop whatsoever, and yes I have inventory/postmaster space. Just finished my shattered weekly pinnacle and 0 drops. No surprise. -blam!- has been broken since Forsaken came out.
