No Weekly Challenges?
Can anyone let my know why I have no weekly challenge icon for the nightfall it doesn’t even say I will receive powerful gear. Same for gambit and crucible.

Weekly challenges only show up for characters that have hit the current seasonal soft cap. The reason being is that if you're below the soft cap every random drop you get is a powerful so no need to waste weekly powerful and pinnacle rewards too early. The soft cap for season 15 is 1270. Looking at the profile you're posting from all your characters are below the current soft cap and thus none will have the weekly challenges active on the Director.
