Which famous human beings do you think might have become guardians?

I mean, there could be some really great people, like Eliza Hamilton, or Fredrick Douglas, or some really bad people, like Hitler or IDK, Stalin. Look at Uldren. Horrible person. But he became a guardian. Are there specific rules as to why you can and can’t become a guardian? Is it at random? Do you have to die honorably? Do you have to die for something you believe is honorable, even if it isn’t? What are the exact rules? I know The Speaker explained it, Bravery leads to sacrifice, sacrifice leads to death and all, but what are the rules for that? I need the help of some lore junkies. Also, this post is a question, who do you think deserves to be a guardian?
