Deflect the tornado with middle tree arcstrider and you can turn it into your own

I think it’s fine how it is. Easy enough to avoid, unless it’s directly pointed at you, in which case it’s a super and you should be dead.

Yeah it lasts a while but moves extremely slow though. Wouldn't say it's stronger that most supers though as unless the first hit slows you it's quite easy to avoid. Against players not in super Golden gun obliterates whatever it hits instantly, arc strider lasts a while and one shots with each attack, night stalker too. I have found it great for pve though against bosses and champions alike as a supplemental damage dealer.

Edited by Ghostfire239: 1/1/2021 10:36:42 PMDude you can literally walk away from the blizzard. WALK. And Even if it’s starts to catch up, certain classes can even get out (top tree Dawnblade with Icarus dash, shivering strike for Titans). It needs you to keep you close to it for a certain amount of time before it actually kills you. Not to mention that the blizzard has the worst tracking I have every seen. It will almost catch someone then stop chasing them in order to go after someone else who is even further away. The 15s of the tornado is the only good thing about Squall. In order to die to the tornado on its own, you need to either not being paying attention at all (including not noticing your screen turning blue) or to be foolish enough to walk right into it. It’s basically requires the opponents to be bad in order to do anything on its own. I have to wholeheartedly disagree with you. I think the super is just mediocre. The Silence part of the super is great, but the squall is the most useless trash I have ever witness in Destiny as far as the PvP is concerned.

Not really, I mean is if you cut the Super before the Second Throw.

1 ReplyI think it’s the most simple of the stasis supers ,Titan and Warlock require 2 actions to get kills,Freeze and Shatter Where has the hunter is cast and forget about it,and it locks down an area for a good amount of time in PvE and PvP
-
not op , but is fun to deflect the first attack of the super and freeze them
-
Not as good as the other 2 stasis supers.

If you play lock, put on ahamkaras and get ur strength up to 90-100. Serve icy melees all match. Can get a few cheap kills wih rift freeze as well. Use the super like dawn blade. Elevate and kill. Dont pop for one guy and chase into cave. Be like popping arcstrider in front of a crowd, doesnt end well.
