Complaints pinnacle drops always the same
I want to complain! How the hell do I do this? And why have you made it impossible to complain?
3 weeks of pinnacles and I still haven’t moved up 1 light level. So far today 5 pinnacles 3 chest pieces and 2 energy weapons none higher than the stuff I already had.
This has been going on for weeks, it’s absolutely absurd and I want something done about it!
Will not be playing this game again if you do not fix this as you are just wasting my time!

same issue for me, pinnacles are dropping +1 for me consistently

This isn't an error or a bug, this is just you having some very poor RNG. As mentioned in another comment, there are many different activities that you can do to get pinnacle drops, so that you will increase your chances of moving up light levels. Hope this helps! :)
