It's only a month old, that's why. The other raid exotics were out over a year before the rates were buffed.

The more times you don’t get a drop, the more likely getting that drop on subsequent attempts becomes. That’s just how chance works. Of a drop chance is 10%, that means you are likely to get it in 10 attempts, and almost guaranteed to get it in 100 attempts. Meaning every time you do the activity, getting the drop is more likely.

3 RepliesIt does not get the same bump as it is not going anywhere. The other raids got the bump due to going in the vault or being older content. DSC is still brand new content so will not get such a bump for some time unless bungie deems it bugged.
