unable to claim clan rewards press A does not work
I'm unable to claim clan rewards. When I see Hawthorne she has the available reward and ask to hit A to grab the reward but A does not work,
any ideas

Hello. Are you currently in a clan? If the engram slot is blank, you will need to join a clan then for you to claim those rewards.

Hello, Do you have another controller you can try this on by any chance? Just so that we can eliminate hardware as the issue.
