Beyond Light is extremely lite with content
Only 3 days in... and there’s nothing left to do.
No weapons to pursue
Limited power progression
Extreme bounty fatigue
Infusion costs are absurd
No ways to earn pinnacle Light
Slow Xp grind, again
Why was this a $40 expansion? You deleted half the game along with at least 500+ weapons.
Edit: All I wanted was some new and decent weapons to chase, is that really too much to ask?
Oh, and light grinding isn’t content, we’re all sick of it!

Sunsetting was a light way of blowing up our vaults because we did it ourselves instead of Bungie. Sunsetting is honestly why this dlc fails so bad and the base's failure to adapt to stasis is why it risks being destroyed and we go back to staleness and stagnation with depreciating value. We should wait before we start the fire its only been a week.

I wouldn’t have minded if they hadn’t capped the loot from forsaken and shadowkeep. But no, apparently this must happen to refuel AsPiRaTiOn in the game.

5 RepliesYou simply cannot expect all that at the very BEGINNING of a new expansion. Everyone is freaking out when it’s only just started. Before your give your critical reviews wait until the content has actually been released. There’s still so much not even out and people wanna start saying it’s bad so don’t buy it. If you think the game is that bad quit coming back and buying new stuff. No matter what the company does people will never be satisfied. People were wanting darkness subclasses, they got it but now they find 100 new things to whine about. Just chill and let it play out...

We haven't had the raid launch yet, haven't started Wrathborn hunts yet, have yet to meet the Crow....we're just getting started, give it a couple resets.

12 RepliesSo was Forsaken in Week 1. No raid, no dungeon, only 2 strikes, only 1-2 gambit maps, no exotic quests, etc. just leveling up and farming blind well in hopes of getting another subclass unlocked.

We got ice powers and Europa is just Mars ... frozen. Remove the new ability and what exactly did this expansion give us? Sorry but we shouldn't have to wait a year for content to be fleshed out. That includes loot. A 450 AR is still just a 450 AR Sunsetting was a mistake.

I mean there were literally legions of people screaming that this exp was going to be hot garbage, and that you should not buy it. But no one wanted to listen to them, everyone ignored all the problems that were going to arise, with sunsetting, with vaulting. But NOOOOO no one wanted to listen, and bungie fan boys came to white knight for them. Hate to say it....actually no i dont, told you so. If you bought this, you have no one to blame but yourself because you were well warned this was going to be a pile of hot garbage for 30 bucks. The exp at best, so far, is worth 20 bucks, and that should give you the game and 500 silver so you can at least get the season pass for 5 bucks after. This entire "DLC" is nothing short of a joke. Reminder We lost 7 strikes, we lost crucible play lists, we lost 5 raids, we lost hundreds of items and seasonal mods as a result of that. and all we gained was 2 new* strikes, 2 new* zones, 1 raid a handful exotics, and some new bounties.
