Has the ban appeal worked for anyone? Did anyone get a reply?
I got banned last week without so much as a reason. To the best of my knowledge it's probably due to a trainer I was running for a separate game, and I forgot to close it off. I appealed and have not gotten a reply yet. I admit it's my bad. However, a perma ban for something unrelated to the game seems very harsh. There was no previous warning and/or restrictions on the account before this happened.

However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. If you have sent an appeal, that is all you are able to do at this point.
