That's a good point. However, maybe the way to get around that is the randomness of the weaponpool you'd get to pick from upon each respawn (or each round/match). You'd never be safe knowing there'd actually be a shotgun or whatever waiting for you, at least if we go by the "x number of weapon types" mode. Or maybe it's simply about banning some weapons. I don't know, that's why I'd like to see more ideas going this way! I just feel like there's a game mode out there, that strides away from the over usage of meta guns. Or it might just be wishful thinking..
