Dynamo Approach Arch Sleeper Node not spawning
I have the override frequency and looked up its corresponding sleeper node, but when I got to the place, it didn't spawn. I have the Nascent Dawn quest active. I've tried logging out and logging back in, discarding the override frequency and doing the patrols and lost sector to create it again, and I've tried abandoning the quest and accepting it again. None of these helped...
