I think they’re looking to increase the range of 110’s not decrease the others.

Changing the range on 110 is not going to fix anything, they need damage 😕

No they need range. You can’t make them a 2-Tap with ridiculous range. If they you could get them to have no fall off at around 33-35m then they’d have a good niche and could be very powerful.

Hey buddy, with the current maps we have and the current ttk of 150’s and auto rifles, even if the 110 had increased range it wouldn’t be viable in pvp.

We’ll see. 110’s are slept on already and if they can out range a 600 auto or 150 hand cannon then they’ll definitely compete as these won’t hit their optimal ttks due to damage fall off. You shouldn’t be using a 110 in the engagement distance of these low-mid range weapons and it shouldn’t be adjusted to do so. It is about offering a more reliable option for a different type of playstyle. The rpm means it will never really fit into a high mobility aggressive playstyle which is generally the most effective in high end players but it can definitely carve out a powerful niche particularly if you set them up to two tap from theoretically 35 metres. This will be made even more useful if sniper flinch/scopes get adjusted as mentioned in last weeks TWAB. In regards to maps, it’s very easy to get within 25 metres of most players but you can also find lanes and keep outside of 25 metres in you change the way you play. It works both ways and I noticed this when I transferred over to a more aggressive hand canon/shotgun playstyle from a passive Last Word/sniper combo. TL;DR: 110’s won’t get a damage buff whereby they can 2-tap without a buff as they would be OP. The range increase will make them more viable but you shouldn’t be duelling with the meta guns in their optimal ranges anyway.

I think it’s okay for them to 2 tap if they maintain the heavy, low handling frames and extremely high recoil. Weapons that take skill should be strong, and that’s not what is happening with destiny
