As of last night being Apr 6th ‘20 I’ve apparently become the newest victim of ‘watercress’. Like anyone waiting for a fix to this problem, I’m upset that I have to wait at all on anything as those at Bungie already have my money. I’m well aware problems arise with just about anything in life & I really like your work Bungie, but this is how it starts, how companies lose clients & make no mistake, the buying audience follows individuals involved, by name to wherever they move on to or whatever projects they endeavour in next. Don’t allow this to tarnish your reputation both as individuals & Bungie as a whole. Don’t lose me as a customer & all those that could follow. Please do something expeditiously. 3 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. We are actively investigating this issue. We know that only a small number of players on the Xbox console are experiencing the issue and that it's a result of having too many "player sessions" opened. This basically means that when you quit Destiny 2 your session for that time played should go away, but this doesn't happen for a small number of players on Xbox. This is one of our top issues that we are actively investigating. In the meantime, we are taking player's information, like yours, and collecting them in an attempt to resolve them ourselves until a more permanent fix can be implemented.

5 RepliesUnfortunately with a global pandemic going around, we need to make sure the employees and their families survive this virus, just as the rest of us. They are attempting to fix this, but keeping that in mind, its going to take time. No one was prepared for this pandemic
