How ya all liking this place after the ban on...certain topics?
I don't mind it all too much myself. It's just made an odd place even more odd in my eyes.

I am sad. I had a post series about political philosophy that I was going to start up again. And I also was working on my counter troll of Deists/theists, to balance out the “atheists are like flats earthers“ I also am not allowed to post satire anymore, and all the fun conversations I had with zardoz are banned

The banning of political discussion has only brought the community into better conversation, and closer together. It will not be missed.

I think it’s better. Most of those posts were bait or no one left leaning anything. The biggest issue with the forums is that Bungie so very rarely bothers being apart of it. Before it was a lot more simple. Post in the correct sub-forum and don’t use highly offensive language, words that are actually offensive. Now it seems random words are insta bans for some unknown reason. The whole point of having moderators is so you don’t need a ban bot.

30 RepliesIt’s been weird, religion I was kinda fine with them taking. I’m a Christian, but I think religious topics can get pretty toxic on both sides... Politics, I miss. They can be really fun to argue about, and hilarious when you see someone with a really out there view.

8 RepliesI don't mind the ban on the topics, but I do mind the unknown bannable words through an insta-ban bot. I also am seriously disappointed in Bungie's lack of transparency with the rules. For a company that made a name for itself by being very involved with their community, they sure are clueless as to their community now. I just hate that we will be losing more members, as with every one of these idiotic, heavy-handed policies Bungie makes.

I think they went a bit trigger happy but overall it's been fine. To be honest I find the OwO/UwU copypasta thing more irritating, but it is what it is.
